Michael R. Powell, CPA – President/CEO

Michael, US Navy Retired, let his passion for numbers and analytical thinking drive him toward Walsh College where he earned his degree in accounting. Later he obtained his CPA certification and worked at a small accounting firm where he made partner, a great accomplishment, but he still aspired for something bigger. In his next job he became Controller of Redall Industries, and in 1990, just four years later, he purchased the company. Michael's vision for Redall is driven from his current position as President/CEO, and his passion for business allows the team around him to strive for excellence.


Jason M. Powell – Director of Operations

Jason Powell, son of Michael, has worked at Redall for over 11 years, starting with his role as a floor engineer, to his current role at Direct of Operations. Jason graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management. Jason drives the company through team building skills, communication at all levels, and his hunger for growth and diversification.


Nancy J. Szabelski, SPHR – Director of Human Resources

Nancy Szabelski, daughter of Michael, graduated from Western Michigan University with a B.B.A. in Marketing. Although her strengths were apparent in marketing, her true leadership showed in her ability to deal with people. In 2008 to for continuous improvement Nancy received her SPHR certification. She now uses her skills to schedule team building, and continuous education, her goal is to build around our people, not over them.


Robert E. Johnson

Robert, arrived at Redall with a diversified business background, stemming from a MBA from Houston Baptist University, to his 23 years at Texaco/Shell corporation. Although Robert was in a different environment, it was as if he was made for the manufacturing environment. Through his "empowerment of people" leadership philosophy, he brings a set of fresh eyes to Redall and has fit in well with the current leadership team. Robert currently is the acting General Manager of Redall Industries de Mexico.


Paul Waclawsky

Paul Waclawsky's background has been in metal and plastics for his entire career. He served as a Plant Manager at 8 various Budd Company facilities. After his retirement in 2006 Paul decided to come to Redall to work with the current leadership team. Paul brings a "do anything to make it happen" approach to manufacturing while at the same time taking the time to invest in the companies people. Paul graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in Business Management. Paul is a great asset to our team mixing proven methods with new ideas in our manufacturing environment.


Phillip Zinn – Corporate Controller

Phillip holds the position of Controller and has brought a variety of experiences in the finance and manufacturing field to Redall. While he focuses on being the point man for finance and accounting activities, he also uses his manufacturing background to contribute to many different areas of the Redall team. Phillip received his Bachelor of Arts with an Economics major from University of Michigan and his Master of Science in Professional Accountancy from Walsh College. Phillip uses his passion for understanding plant processes to enhance Redall's competitive edge financially.


Michael Dolph – Business Development Manager

Michael received his Bachelor degree from Hillsdale College and has over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of fields. Mike's extensive background in rubber, plastics, and metals allows him to lead our customers in directions that are most beneficial to them. Mike's main focus is growth through diversification, while at the same time continuously promoting Redall as a proven leader within our manufacturing capabilities. Mike is driven and focused toward customer service and he has a "do what it takes" attitude to make sure we are successful with our customers.
